Terms of use
Last updated 16 October 2026
EventTimes is run by Emily Dyson. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What the times are
- Observed times were reported for that show and carry a source. They describe what happened, not what will happen next time.
- Expected times are estimates, always shown with their basis. They are not promises from the venue, artist or promoter.
- Last trains are computed from published open timetables and can change with engineering work, strikes or late alterations.
The rules behind each label are on the methodology page.
Check before you travel
Stage times move on the night and venues change policies. Confirm with the venue, the ticket seller and the transport operator before relying on a time here, especially for a journey home. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Emily Dyson is not liable for a missed train, a refused bag or any loss from relying on information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Reports you send
By sending a time through a report form you agree it can be published, without your name, as part of the site’s data. Only report times you saw or heard yourself. Reports are moderated and may be declined.
Show emails
The optional show emails repeat what the show page says on the day they are sent, with the same labels: an Expected time in an email is still an estimate, and times can change after it is sent. Last departures in an email are the usual timetable for that day of the week, not a check of that night’s service. The emails are free, limited to three per show you sign up for, and end with the morning after the show or as soon as you unsubscribe. The privacy policy sets out what is stored.
The sign-up form no longer offers the separate, optional shopping box it used to. A sign-up that ticked it keeps what its sentence named until the address is deleted: the email before the show can also link to the “What to bring” section of the show page and, when that sentence named records and merch, the email the morning after can link to its “Records and merch” section. Each of those links sits in a card labelled as affiliate links. The affiliate links described under “Ads and affiliate links” below are on the page, never in the email, and buying through them may earn the site a commission. The privacy policy says how to drop the cards.
Using the data
You are welcome to link to any page and to quote individual facts with a link back. Bulk copying or scraping the site to republish it is not permitted. Venue policies quoted on the site belong to the venue that published them.
Ads and affiliate links
The site is funded by ads and affiliate links, labelled where they appear. Neither changes a stored fact or the order anything is shown in. See the privacy policy for the cookies involved.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@eventtimes.co.uk or the contact page.
